摘要
铝板零件重量轻、强度高可以满足车身强度和轻量化要求,所以汽车覆盖件采用铝板替代钢板的应用是汽车轻量化的趋势之一;铝板的成形性、回弹、修边铝屑是目前铝板冲压过程中的工艺性难题。介绍了汽车覆盖件常用铝板的冲压工艺要求。
Aluminium sheet parts can meet the requirements of body strength and lightweighl,so the use of aluminium sheet instead of steel sheet is one of the trends of automotive lightweight.The formability,springback and trimming chips of aluminium sheet are difficult technological problems in the process of aluminium sheet stamping.This paper introduces the stamping process requirements of aluminum plate commonly used in automobile panel.
