摘要
介绍了钢铁侠产品在5轴加工中心整个的加工过程,从毛坯到夹具的设计最后到零件模型的实际加工的工艺流程,对钢铁侠部件的结构性分析,选用定轴加工策略,5轴联动策略,并选择仿真模拟软件,防止干涉碰撞,优化加工参数,对UG软件的可变轴轮廓铳所采用的相对于刀轴策略来加工,有效的解决的刀具跟5轴转台干涉。
This paper describes the whole process of iron and steel man products in 5-axis machining center,from the design of blank to fixture to the actual processing process of part model.It analyzes the structure of iron and steel man parts,selects the 5-axis processing strategy,5-axis linkage strategy,and selects simulation software to prevent interference and collision,optimizes processing parameters,and adopts the variable axis contour milling of UG software machining with the relative to the tool axis strategy.Effectively solve the interference between the tool and the 5-axis turntable.
