基于资历框架的高职模具专业职业技能等级证书体系设计

Design of Vocational Skills Level Certificate System for Die & Mold Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on Qualifications Framework

针对当前1+X证书制度实现难度较大的问题,通过资历框架为基础来进行职业技能等级证书体系设计,开发出模具证书体系框架、能力标准、证书单元与学分转换,进而构建证书课程体系和相应课程标准,以社会认可的方式和层级来评价学习者,指导高职模具专业职业技能等级证书标准的整体建设,进而规范有序的职业技能证书递进框架,真正实现了1+X证书制度的功能和价值。

Aiming at the problem that the current 1+X certificate system is difficult to realize,this paper designs the vocational skill level certificate system based on the qualification framework,develops the mold certificate system framework,competency standards,certificate units and credit conversion,and then constructs the certificate curriculum system and corresponding curriculum standards in a socially recognized way.To evaluate learners with hierarchy,guide the overall construction of vocational skill certificate standard of die&mold specialty in Higher Vocational colleges,and then standardize the orderly progressive framework of vocational skill certificate,and truly realize the function and value of 1+X certificate system.
