摘要
根据2019年全国职业院校技能大赛高职组“模具数字化设计与制造工艺”赛项国赛题要求,利用UG软件对温度控制器上盖创新产品三维建模数字化设计的方法和过程,并用3D打印制造样件对塑件结构合理性进行检查确认。针对塑件的结构特点,拟定该塑件的注射成型工艺、分型面设计、成型零件结构、模具结构等,进而对该塑件的整个模具设计过程进行了介绍。
According to the requirements of national competition of"die digital design and manufacturing process"in the vocational group of national vocational college skill competition in 2019,the method and process of 3D Modeling Digital Design of innovative product on the top cover of temperature controller are used by UG software,and the rationality of product stincture is checked and confirmed by 3D printing production sample.According to the structural characteristics of the plastic part,the injection molding process,parting surface design,part structure and mold structure of the product are proposed,and then the whole mold design process of the product is introduced.
