摘要在儿童骨科病房构建ChildLife医疗模式并观察应用效果.成立科室ChildLife小组,在科室设立游戏室,设计各项游戏内容,游戏时ChildLife组员和患儿及家长一起参与,游戏结束对所有玩具进行紫外线消毒,备第2天使用.ChildLife医疗模式实施后患儿及其家长对疾病知识掌握率和治疗依从性均显著提高.
