摘要
权力会促进还是抑制领导者的自利行为?学术界对于两者间关系研究结论并不一致。鉴于此,文章首先对权力与领导者自利行为关系的相关研究进行了梳理,然后从个体层次(性别、黑暗人格、自我构建、权力动机、社会地位觉知等)、群体层次(群体内外竞争、组织公平)以及外在情境因素(权力特征和文化情景)等分析了权力对领导者自利行为产生的权变作用等。未来研究可以从个体因素(领导者特质、领导风格等)、群体因素(团队女性成员比例、团队任期等)和情境因素(集体主义文化、组织战略等)进一步拓展领导者权力与自利行为之间的调节机制,甚至可以探讨权力与领导者自利行为之间的中介机制。
Does power promote or suppress leaders’self-serving behavior?Prior results on the relationship between power and self-serving leadership behavior were not consistent.In view of this,the paper intends to explore the boundary conditions under which power affects the leaders’self-serving behavior.First,we reviewed the different results on the relationship between power and leaders'self-serving behavior.Second,we concluded the individual level,group level,and situational factors that moderate the relationship between power and self-serving leadership behavior.Further research could extend our work from the moderating role of leadership traits,team characteristics,group and organizational collectivism and so on.Moreover,the underlying mechanism linking power to self-serving leadership behavior is also deserved investigation.
