摘要
为探讨自我同情和心理弹性在压力性生活事件对青少年学业成就影响中的中介效应,选取650名青少年为被试考察压力性生活事件对学业成就的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)青少年所经历的压力性生活事件较少;自我同情、心理弹性和学业成就处于中等偏上水平。(2)自我同情和心理弹性与压力性生活事件呈显著负相关,与学业成就呈显著正相关。(3)压力性生活事件对青少年学业成就具有直接预测作用。因此,自我同情和心理弹性的部分中介作用显著,且间接作用路径是“压力性生活事件—自我同情—心理弹性—学业成就”。
To examine whether self-compassion and resilience could mediate the relationship between the stressful life events and adolescent academic achievements,650 adolescents were from three high school and were surveyed with the Stressful Life Events Questionnaire,the Self-Compassion scale,the Resilience Scale and the Academic Achievement Scale in Shandong province.The results showed that:(1)Adolescents experience less stressful life events.For the Self-Compassion scale,the Resilience Scale and the Academic Achievement Scale,the students generally scored over and above medium level.(2)The stressful life events scale was negatively correlated with the self-compassion,the resilience scale and the academic achievement scale.The academic achievement scale was positively correlated with the self-compassion scale and the resilience scale.The self-compassion scale was positively correlated with the resilience scale.(3)A structural equation model(SEM)revealed that stressful life events had directly influence on adolescent academic achievement,and self-compassion and resilience had a sequence of intermediary effects between stressful life events with academic achievement.The indirect effect can only be“the stressful life events-the self-compassion-the resilience-the academic achievement of adolescents.”
