以育警铸魂为目标的公安类专业教学管理模式创新

The Innovation of Teaching Management Mode of Public Security Specialty Aiming at Training Firm Political Stand

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,以"双一流"建设为契机,公安院校在回归公安教育本位、推进内涵发展的过程中,只有不断加强教学管理,才能培养出高质量的符合新时代警务要求的公安专门人才。根据新时代对警务人才培养的新要求,提出了学生教学座谈管理完整流程,完善了公安专业教学管理体系,构建了校局协同育人机制,加大专业思政教育力度,加强实战化教学管理,并利用信息化手段提升教学管理水平,最终达到提高人才培养质量之目的。

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era and taking the construction of“double first-class”as an opportunity,in the process of returning to the standard of police colleges and promoting the development of police colleges’connotation,only they strengthen teaching management can they cultivate qualified police who meet the requirements of the new era.According to the new requirements for police in the new era,this paper puts forward the whole process of teacher-student teaching discussion forums,and suggests strengthening the construction of information system,constructing the mechanism of school-bureau collaborative education,and improving the level of teaching management by means of information technology,so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of police education.
