人水和谐的典范——都江堰的当代价值与保护

都江堰工程很好地实现了人水共生、天人合一,是人水和谐、生态水利的光辉典范。惠施千古的都江堰,具有重要的历史作用,为秦国统一六国的大业和促进成都平原社会生产的发展作出了巨大贡献。都江堰修建至今2200多年,仍是世界水利工程的最佳作品,其因势利导、合理规划,注重管理、形成制度,取水适度、持续发展,人水共生、天人合一等特点,对当代水利工程建设具有重要的启示作用。今后,建议加强对都江堰的保护,在保护其历史文化价值的同时,保证其利水功能不受弱化或破坏,同时需要防止对都江堰水利工程的过度修缮和改造。

The Dujiang Weir is a glorious model of harmony between man and water and eco-friendly water development,which reflects the philosophes of coexistence of man and water and integrity of man and heaven.Benefiting from eternity,Dujiang Weir has played a historical role during the Qin unified six States,and made great contribution to social development and production in Chengdu Plain.Operating for more than 2200 years,Dujiang Weir is still the best waterworks in the world,as it has great significance of enlightenment to the present water project construction,owing to is features of making best use of the situation,rational planning,good administration,complete institutional system,proper water withdrawal,and pursuing of sustainable development,coexistence of man and water and integrity of man and heaven.In the next step,the function and benefits of the Dujiang Weir should not be weakened or destructed along with protection of its historical culture value.Meanwhile,over-repairing and rehabilitation should be avoided.
