摘要
In 2019,China saw overlapping of the economic transition period, the painful period of structural adjustment, and the absorption period of early stimulus policies.Meanwhile, the global economic growth rate fell to the lowest level it has been in the last 10 years, and the international trade environment had been deteriorating.Nonetheless,China's economic development remained relatively stable and the economic growth rate remained reasonable and stable owing to the country’s effective measures including vigorously advancing reform and opening-up and continuously improving the business environment.
