醋酸泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦及甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的观察醋酸泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的137例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组69例和对照组68例,观察组予以阿昔洛韦+甲钴胺治疗,治疗组在观察组基础上联合醋酸泼尼松治疗。结果治疗组在总有效率,止疱时间和结痂时间及皮损愈合时间上均优于对照组(P <0.05),且带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率更低(P <0.05)。结论口服醋酸泼尼松联合阿昔洛韦及甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹止痛迅速、缩短病程、不良反应少,安全、有效,值得临床推广。
