法制视角下我国体育公共服务体系未来发展研究

Research on the Future Development of China’s Sports Public Service System from the Legal Perspective

十八大以来,法治文明和法制体系建设是我国未来体育公共服务体系构建的基本要求和重要环节之一。当前,构建一个完整的具有中国特色的体育公共服务法制系统势在必行,通过体系的完善来解决我国体育公共服务发展中出现的一系列法律问题。若以上症状不能及时解决,势必会影响到我国未来体育公共服务事业的法制化进程。同西方国家相比,我国体育公共服务法制体系的建设不够完善。将法治的核心理念融入我国体育公共服务领域中,通过加强法律的宣传、加快立法、加大执法力度等措施,加强我国体育公共服务的法制水平,以实现具有中国特色的社会主义体育公共服务法治治理能力的现代化服务体系。在法制视角下对未来我国体育公共服务的学术研究,为我国体育公共服务在未来体系规划、政策和法治文明建设方面提供了理论上的借鉴与帮助;促进我国体育法治文明进一步提升,为我国的体育科学、体育教育、体育法学、体育产业等提供了强大的助力和支撑。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the civilization of the rule of law and the construction of the legal system have been one of the basic requirements and important links in the construction of China's future sports public service system.At present,it is imperative to build a complete legal system for sports public services with Chinese characteristics.Through the improvement of the system,a series of legal issues in the development of sports public services in China are resolved.If the above problems cannot be resolved in time,it will inevitably affect the legalization process of China's future sports public services.Compared with western countries,the construction of China's sports public services legal system is not complete.The core concepts of the rule of law should be incorporated into China's sports public service field.Through strengthening legal publicity,accelerating legislation,and strengthening law enforcement,the legal level of China's sports public services is strengthened to achieve a modern service system for the capacity for the rule of law of socialist sports public services with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of the legal system,the academic research on China's sports public services in the future provides theoretical reference and help for China's sports public services in future system planning,policy and legal civilization construction.It promotes the further improvement of China's sports legal civilization and provides strong assistance and support for sports science,physical education,sports law,and the sports industry.
