摘要
为了去除页岩气钻井返排液(SGDF)中的毒性和难处理污染物,并符合国家排放标准,开发了微米级零价铁/过硫酸盐工艺(mFe^0/PS)。最佳条件为:Fe0的剂量为1.5g/L,PS剂量为4mmol/L,初始pH值7.7,处理时间20min。在最佳工艺条件下,处理20min后COD去除率达到69.4%。相比于对照实验(mFe^0,PS,Fe^2+/PS),mFe^0/PS体系处理效果是最好的,主要归因于Fe^0和PS之间很强的协同作用。因此mFe^0/PS体系是处理SGDF的一种有效方法。
To remove toxic and difficult-to-treat contaminants from shale gas drilling backflow(SGDF)and meet national emission standards,a micron-scale Fe^0/PS process(mFe^0/PS)was developed.The optimal conditions were as follows:dose of Fe^0 was 1.5g/L,PS dose was 4mmol/L,initial pH value was 7.7,treatment time was 20min.Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of COD reached 69.4%after 20min treatment.Compared to the control experiments(mFe^0,PS,Fe^ 2+/PS),the treatment effect of the mFe^0/PS system is best due mainly to the strong synergy between Fe and PS.Therefore mFe^0/PS system is an effective method to deal with SGDF.
