洗衣机用抗冲聚丙烯的结构与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 使用核磁共振(13C NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜等手段表征了两种聚丙烯洗衣机专用料的结构与组成,并与产品性能进行关联,以研究影响抗冲聚丙烯性能的因素。结果表明,抗冲聚丙烯中橡胶相的含量、组成、相态结构、分子量及分子量分布,抗冲聚丙烯的结晶度和结晶温度等都对其性能有重要影响。 The structure and composition of two high impact polypropylene(HIPP) used for washing machine were characterized by nuclear paramagnetic resonance(13C NMR),gel permeation chromatogtaphy(GPC),polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the results were correlated with product performance to study the factors affecting the performance of impact polypropylene.The results show that the content,composition,phase structure,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the rubber phase in the impact polypropylene,the crystallinity and crystallization temperature of the impact polypropylene have an important effect on the properties of impact PP.
