对导致阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者并发高血压的影响因素分析

To analyze the influencing factors of hypertension in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的:分析导致阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者并发高血压的影响因素。方法:将近一年内在宿迁市第一人民医院进行治疗的303例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者作为研究对象。将其中未并发高血压的患者设为REF组(n=190),将其中已并发高血压的患者设为OBS组(n=113)。对两组患者的各项临床资料进行分析研究,从中找出导致其并发高血压的影响因素。结果:OBS组患者中有吸烟史患者的占比高于REF组患者,P<0.05;OBS组患者中身体质量指数≥24患者的占比高于REF组患者,P<0.05;OBS组患者中呼吸暂停低通气指数≥15患者的占比高于REF组患者,P<0.05。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者有吸烟史、身体质量指数≥24及呼吸暂停低通气指数≥15均是导致其并发高血压的影响因素。

objective:to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:303 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated in suqian first people’s hospital within one year.Patients without concurrent hypertension were set as REF group(n=190),and those with concurrent hypertension were set as OBS group(n=113).The clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed to find out the influencing factors of hypertension.Results:the proportion of patients with smoking history in the OBS group was higher than that in the REF group,P<0.05.The proportion of patients with body mass index≥24 in the OBS group was higher than that in the REF group,P<0.05.The proportion of patients with apnea hypopnea index≥15 in the OBS group was higher than that in the REF group,P<0.05.Conclusion:patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome had a history of smoking,body mass index≥24,and hypopnea hypopnea index≥15,all of which were influencing factors leading to hypertensi on.
