对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行饮食管理及运动指导的效果探究

Study on the effect of diet management and exercise guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探究对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行饮食管理及运动指导的效果。方法:将连云港市妇幼保健院收治的73例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为参照组(n=36)和试验组(n=37)。对两组患者均进行用药治疗及基础护理。在此基础上,对试验组患者进行饮食管理及运动指导。然后,比较两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)的水平、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)的水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的水平及妊娠结局。结果:接受治护后,试验组患者FPG的水平、2hPG的水平及HbA1c的水平均低于参照组患者,其妊高症的发生率、剖宫产率、产后出血的发生率均低于参照组患者,P<0.05;两组患者产褥感染的发生率、巨大儿的出生率及新生儿窒息的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行饮食管理及运动指导的效果很好,可改善其血糖的水平及妊娠结局。

objective:to explore the effect of diet management and exercise guidance for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods:seventy-three patients with gestational diabetes admitted to lianyungang maternal and child health hospital were randomly divided into the reference group(n=36)and the experimental group(n=37).The two groups of patients were treated with drugs and basic nursing care.On this basis,the experimental group of patients for diet management and exercise guidance.Then,fasting blood glucose(FPG)levels,postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)levels,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:after receiving treatment and nursing,FPG level,2hPG level and HbA1c level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of preeclampsia,cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of puerperal infection,the birth rate of macrosomia and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the two groups were all P<0.05.Conclusion:the effect of diet management and exercise guidance on patients with gestational diabetes is very good,which can improve their blood glucose level and preg nancy outcome.
