摘要 目的探讨医学专业学生教学管理中应用PBL和TBL两种教学模式的整体效果,重点评估比较两种不同教学模式下的推广价值。方法本课题研究,选取了学校2015级妇产科专业实习生36人,随机分成2组,即PBL组和TBL组。PBL组18人、TBL组18人,重点围绕着产科临床影像医学分析,实施前后均以问卷调查及统计量表的形式来评估实际教学效果。结果PBL组优化后总平均成绩为(82.32±3.10)分,提升效果明显,差异显著(P<0.05)。TBL组总平均成绩为(80.00±4.50)分,提升效果明显,差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,PBL组和TBL组教学优化后彼此间并无差异(P>0.05)。结论PBL和TBL教学模式应用于医学教学管理中,均具有较强的实效性,值得推广。其中,以小组为学习单位,可督促学生在理论知识接收过程中尽可能多的参与临床医学全过程的实践,包括接诊、诊断、治疗、护理等,切实提升专业学生解决问题及医患沟通的能力。 Objective To explore the overall effect of applying PBL and TBL in teaching management of medical students,and to evaluate and compare the popularization value of the two teaching modes.Methods Research on this topic Thirty-six interns of gynecology and obstetrics specialty in grade 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,PBL group and TBL group.There were 18 people in PBL group and 18 people in PBL group,focusing on obstetric clinical imaging medical analysis.Before and after the implementation,the actual teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and statistical scale.Results The total average score of the PBL group after optimization is(82.32±3.10)points.,and the improvement effect was obvious(P<0.05).The total average score of the TBL group after optimization is(80.00±4.50)points.and the improvement effect was obvious(P<0.05).In addition,there was no difference between PBL group and TBL group after teaching optimization(P>0.05).Conclusion PBL and TBL teaching modes are effective in medical teaching management,and they are worth popularizing.Among them,group learning units are used to urge students to participate in clinical practice,including receiving,diagnosis,treatment and nursing,so as to enhance the ability of professional students to solve problems and communicate with doctors and patients.
