摘要 目的评价脑卒中教学中MDT-CBL-PBL模式的潜在价值。方法以20名在汕头市中心医院脑血管病区进行临床规培的住院医师为研究对象,随机分为实验组(MDT-CBL-PBL教学模式)10名和对照组(LBL教学模式)10名,对比这两组规培学员出科时的理论和操作考试成绩,以及学员的教学满意度。结果实验组和对照组入科前成绩分别为(87.00±4.20)分、(88.80±2.41)分,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组的出科考试成绩(91.60±2.72)分,显著高于对照组(83.05±2.11)分,P<0.05。实验组的教学效果满意程度也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)结论MDT-CBL-PBL模式在脑卒中教学中,能显著提升住院规培医师的理论水平及临床实践能力,值得在神经外科进行推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the potential value of MDT-CBL-PBL model in stroke teaching.Methods 20 resident doctors who underwent clinical training in cerebrovascular disease area of Shantou central hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into experimental group(MDT-CBL-PBL teaching mode)10 and control group(LBL teaching mode)10.The theoretical and operational examination results and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of trainees were compared.Results The scores of the experimental group and the control group before entering the department were(87.00±4.20)and(88.80±2.41)respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The test scores of the experimental group(91.60±2.72)were significantly higher than those of the control group(83.05±2.11)(P<0.05).The satisfactory degree of the teaching effect in the experimental group is also significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDTCBL-PBL model can significantly improve the theoretical level and clinical practice ability of resident training physicians in stroke teaching,and is worthy of popularization and application in neurosurgery.
