摘要
目的探究微信结合案例教学在妇产科教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月间在医院妇产科进行实习的110名本科生作为主要研究对象,通过随机分配的形式分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组给予传统跟班学习模式,观察组学生给予微信结合案例教学模式。结果观察组学生在出科考试、模拟考试、实践考试和平均分上均明显高于对照组学生,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组学生各项学习能力均明显优于对照组学生,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统的跟班学习模式,微信结合案例教学模式下学生的理论知识水平和实践能力均得到了有效地提高,且学习积极性更强,能够达到妇产科实习教学的目的。
Objective To explore the application value of Weixin combined with case teaching in obstetrics and Gynecology teaching.Methods 110 undergraduates who were practicing in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the main subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional follow-up learning mode,while the observation group was given Weixin combined with case teaching mode.Results The students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of the entrance examination,simulated examination,practical examination and average score(P<0.05).The learning abilities of the students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclution Compared with the traditional followup learning mode,the theoretical knowledge level and practical ability of students under the Weixin case teaching mode have been effectively improved,and their learning enthusiasm is stronger,which can achieve the goal of gynecology and obstetrics practice teaching.
