摘要
目的在医学影像信息系统(PACS)系统的辅助下,将基于问题教学法(PBL)和基于案例教学法(CBL)与微信平台相结合,通过翻转课堂的形式授课,构建多元化教学模式,并探索多元化教学模式在医学影像学规范化培训和硕士研究生培养中的应用价值。方法将2014届及2015届规培学员28名(硕士研究生8名)作为对照组,以传统方式教学。将2016届及2017届规培学员32名(硕士研究生8名)作为试验组,以多元化教学模式教育。比较两组间基础理论、实践操作、科研能力与教学满意度的差异,分析采用SPSS 15.0软件。结果研究组在基础理论、实践操作、科研能力与教学满意度方面都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式符合影像医学规范化培训特别是“双轨合一”专业型硕士培养模式的需要,值得推广。
Objective With the assistance of the medical image information system(PACS)system,the problem based teaching method(PBL)and case based teaching method(CBL)are combined with WeChat platform to teach students in the form of flipped classroom and construct a diversified teaching model.To explore the application value of the diversified teaching model in the standardized training of medical imaging and the cultivation of master students.Methods 28 students(8 postgraduates)from the class of 2014 and 2015 were selected as the control group and were taught in a traditional way.32 students(8 postgraduate students)from the 2016 and 2017 regular training sessions will be selected as the experimental group,and education will be conducted in a diversified teaching mode.The differences of basic theory,practical operation,scientific research ability and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared,and spss15.0 software was used for analysis.Results The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of basic theory,practical operation,scientific research ability and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching mode is suitable for the standardized training of imaging medicine,especially the training mode of"dual-track integration"specialized master's degree。
