摘要 目的探讨改进耳鼻喉科门诊护理教学方法。方法选取耳鼻喉科工作的实习护士40例,时间在2017年10月—2018年10月期间,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=20)仅讲解操作技术与相关技巧,观察组(n=20)加强对相关技巧以及操作技术的讲解,并课后熟记,将其运用于实际工作中,分析实习护士进入分诊、巡诊以及治疗的工作状态时间。结果观察组进入分诊、巡诊以及治疗的工作状态时间较快,可提前掌握相关工作,效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉科门诊护理教学中应用改进教学方式效果较好,可加快实习护士进入工作时间的速度,还可保证良好的工作状态,提高工作效率与工作质量。 Objective To explore a method to improve the nursing teaching of otolaryngology clinic.Methods 40 cases of intern nurses working in otolaryngology were selected.The time was from October 2017 to October 2018,according to the random number table method.The control group(n=20)only explained the operation technique and related skills.(n=20)Strengthen the explanation of relevant skills and operation techniques,and memorize them after class,apply them to the actual work,and analyze the working time of the nurses entering the triage,inspection and treatment.Results The observation group entered the triage,patrol and treatment work time is fast,can grasp the relevant work in advance,the effect is significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of improved teaching methods in the nursing teaching of otolaryngology clinics is better,which can speed up the entry of working nurses into working hours,ensure the good working condition,improve work efficiency and work quality.
