新产程在初产妇活动管理与分娩中的应用

Application of New Labor in Primipara Activity Management and Childbirth

目的探讨新产程在初产妇活动管理与分娩中的应用。方法选取2017年4月—2018年12月医院收治的初产妇80例,将其分为两组,对照组采取常规护理的方式进行干预,研究组产妇在对照组的基础上采取新产程标准。对两组初产妇潜伏期活动前后各项指标评分、分娩结局进行记录。结果研究组产妇的各项指标评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇的分娩的结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对潜伏期进行活动的初产妇采取新产程标准护理能够有效地改善产妇的各项指标,同时能够优化产妇的分娩结局。

Objective To explore the application of new stage of labor in activity management and delivery of primipara.Methods 80 cases of primipara admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups.The control group was intervened by routine nursing,and the study group adopted new birth process standard on the basis of the control group.The index scores and delivery outcomes of primipara before and after latent period activities were recorded.Results The index scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the delivery outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclution New standard nursing for primipara with active latency can effectively improve the indicators of puerpera and optimize the outcome of deliver.
