护理干预对麻醉复苏期间患者疼痛程度及并发症的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pain Degree and Complications of Patients During Anesthesia Resuscitation

目的分析护理干预对麻醉复苏期间患者疼痛程度及并发症的影响。方法纳入病例是医院2017年2月—2019年2月住院的84例麻醉复苏期患,随机平均分为2组,参照组42例患者实施常规护理,观察组42例患者实施综合护理干预,比较VAS评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组VAS评分显著比参照组低,并发症发生率观察组(4.76%)显著比参照组(21.43%)低,护理满意度观察组(95.24%)显著比参照组(71.43%)高,P<0.05(差异均具有统计学意义)。结论综合护理干预可有效减轻麻醉复苏期患者疼痛程度,预防并发症发生,改善护患关系,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pain degree and complications of patients during anaesthesia and resuscitation.Methods The included cases were 84 patients with anesthesia and resuscitation who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in the reference group receiving routine care and 42 patients in the observation group receiving comprehensive nursing intervention.VAS score,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the reference group.The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(21.43%).The observation group of nursing satisfaction(95.24%)was significantly higher than the reference group(71.43%).P<0.05(the differences are statistically significant).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of patients during anaesthesia and resuscitation,prevent complications,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
