摘要
目的分析情景模拟教学法在精神科护士规范业务技能培训中的应用效果。方法本院28名护士按照培训时间均分为两组,对照组护士行常规培训模式,观察组在对照组基础上予以情景模拟教学法培训。对两组护士培训前后的理论知识、临床实际操作、医护合作技能进行比较,并进行满意度调查。结果经培训,两组护士理论知识考评、临床实际操作技能、医护合作技能均较培训前明显上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士对培训满意度高于对照组护士(P<0.05);观察组带教护士对学生学习满意率高于对照组带教护士(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在精神科护士规范业务技能培训中可有效提升护士临床实践及医护合作技能,提高被培训护士和带教护士对培训过程的满意率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in the training of psychiatric nurses’ standardized business skills. Methods 28 nurses in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the training time. The nurses in the control group were given regular training mode, and the observation group was trained on the scenario simulation teaching method based on the control group. The theoretical knowledge, clinical practice, and medical cooperation skills of the two groups of nurses were compared before and after training, and the satisfaction survey was conducted. Results After training, the theoretical knowledge assessment, clinical practical skills and medical cooperation skills of the two groups of nurses were significantly higher than before the training, the observation group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05);the observation group nurses were more satisfied with the training than the control group. Nurses(P < 0.05);the satisfaction rate of students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching method can effectively improve the clinical practice and medical cooperation skills of nurses in the standard business skills training of psychiatric nurses, and improve the satisfaction rate of trained nurses and teachers.
