摘要
诊断性脑血管造影术是一种用于描述颅内外脑血管解剖状况的微创技术,是评估和治疗脑血管疾病的基石和金标准。因该技术具有一定的风险性、涉及多学科知识和临床实践性强等特点,要使初学者在有限的培训时间内熟练掌握该技术并保证患者的安全性并非易事。随着开展脑血管介入治疗的医疗单位和从该专业的医生数量迅速增长,脑血管造影术的教学面临巨大的挑战。如果我们采用传统教学法与"问题式学习"、案例教学法及手术仿真训练系统相结合的多模式的教学方法,并注重理论知识的学习和注意操作中细节问题,不仅可以保证患者的安全性,还将提高培训的质量和效率。
Diagnostic cervicocerebral conventional angiography is a minimally invasive procedure used to delineate intracranial vascular anatomy for a variety of clinical indications.It is the cornerstone and gold standard for evaluations and treatment of cerebraovascular disease.Because cerebral angiography has some complications,and is involved in multidisciplinary knowledge,and needs strong clinical practicality,it is not easy for the students or fellows to master this manipulation and ensure the patient safety with limited training time.The number of neurointerventional physicians being trained and the number of hospitals offering their services have considerably increased,which is a large challenge for the teaching practice of cerebral angiography.If we carry out multiple teaching meathods(such as traditional method,problem-based learning,case based learning and simulation-Based training),and pay more attentions to cognitive knowledge and detailed problems during operating,we can improve the quanlity and effeciency of training and ensure the patient’s safety.
