颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的整复手术治疗策略

Reconstructive Surgery for Cervical Scar Contracture Deformity

目的研究整复手术对颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的治疗效果。方法在本次研究中,将于2015年3月-2018年12月期间在本科接受颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形治疗的96例患者纳为研究对象,依照随机抽签分组的方法,根据对其实施的修复方法的不同,将其均等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行全厚皮片移植修复,观察组行皮瓣修复治疗,将两组患者的综合效果及修复满意度作为观察指标。结果观察组修复效果及满意度显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对于颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形患者的临床整复治疗来说,皮瓣修复治疗方法较全厚皮片移植修复方法有着更好的临床效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of reconstructive surgery on neck scar contracture deformity. Methods In this study, from March 2015 to December 2018 in our department during the 96 cases of neck scar contracture deformity treated patients as the research object, according to the method of random draw grouped according to the different repair methods for its implementation, it is equally divided into control group and observation group, control group full thickness skin graft to repair, observation group treated skin flap to repair, the composite results of two groups of patients as observation indexes and repair satisfaction. Results Repair effect and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the clinical rehabilitation of patients with scar contracture deformity of the neck, the flap repair method has a better clinical effect than the fullthickness skin graft repair method. Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
