高校产学研实践教学基地建设的探索与实践

作为产学研合作教育的重要载体,产学研实践教学基地在高校创新创业人才培养中发挥着重要作用。文章阐述了南京农业大学充分发挥学科优势、人才优势和科技资源优势,与地方政府、企事业单位协同创新,多种途径积极探索产学研一体化实践教学基地建设,在优化人才培养模式,强化实践教学环节,加强学生实践创新能力培养、促进产教深度融合等方面取得了较显著成效。

As an important carrier of innovational and enterprising education, practice teaching base of production-study-research plays an important role in college innovational and enterprising talents training. This paper summarized the success of the Nanjing Agricultural University in this endeavor. It gives full play to its advantages in disciplines, talents and resources, and cooperates with local governments and enterprises and institutions. It takes various approaches to exploring the construction of practical teaching base for integration of production-study-research. It has made remarkable achievements in optimizing personnel training mode, strengthening practice teaching links, enhancing students’ practical innovation ability and promoting the deep integration of production and teaching.
