新时期我国高校校友会发展状态、功能拓展及创新发展路径

The Innovation and Development of Alumni Associations and Their Functions in China Universities in the New Period

校友是大学建设发展的重要资源,随着我国高等教育的快速发展和大学国际化程度的提高,高校校友会工作日益重要。在调研分析南京大学、东南大学和南京农业大学等国内高校校友会工作基础上,结合海外高校校友会工作经验,对新时期我国高校校友会组织构架完善、工作职能拓展和活动形式创新等提出建议,为发挥校友会在大学人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和社会影响力提升等方面作用提供借鉴。

Alumni are very important resources of university development. With the rapid enlargement and internationalization of higher education in China it plays a more and more significant role in all aspects of university development. Based on the investigation on alumni situation of Chinese higher institutions, including Nanjing University, Southeast University and Nanjing Agricultural University, and some overseas universities, this paper put forward some creative suggestions on university alumni association and its organization, function and working modes in order to promote talent-training, scientific research, social services and enhancement of society recognition.
