农科高校大学生创业团队成长的叙事研究——以S高校“微美曲辰”和“卓越农人”团队为例

摘要 在新时代"双创"背景下,大学生创业团队备受关注。文章采用叙事研究的方法,基于对农科高校两个大学生团队负责人(成员)的访谈,系统归纳出农科院校大学生创业团队的成长过程、类型特点,并从创业者与创业团队、社会及学校三个层面分析大学生创业团队成长的影响因素,同时基于团队、学校、政府三个角度相应提出树立明确一致的创业目标、创建学习型团队、合理开设创业课程、构建多维协同创业教育模式、调整高校招生政策、完善社会信息服务等措施,从而推进农科高校大学生创新创业团队的成长。 Under the context of "double innovations" in the new era, college students’ entrepreneurial teams have attracted much attention. Based on the structural interviews of the two entrepreneurial teams from the university, the paper adopts the method of narrative research and case’s analysis to summarize the growing process and the characteristics of the types of the college students’ entrepreneurial teams from the agricultural university. The influential factors of the college students’ entrepreneurial teams are analyzed from three aspects: school, society, entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, in order to promote the growth and development of entrepreneurial teams in the Agricultural Universities, the writer comes up with relevant ways and advice based on four aspects: teams, universities, governments and society, for example, establishing specific goals of entrepreneur, building learning-oriental teams, setting up entrepreneurial curriculums with reason, structuring the multidimensional models of entrepreneurial education and so on.
