摘要
高校心理健康教育课在大学生心理健康教育中所发挥的作用日益得到关注和认可。而如何实现大学生心理健康教育课的教学目标、提高教学效果,成为高校心理健康教育课任课教师的关注点,也是未来教学模式改变的方向。在结合南京农业大学心理健康教育课教学现状的基础上,对课程中涉及的各方需求展开分析,探索参与式教学的可行性和典型应用。通过总结参与式教学模式的实践经验,研究参与式教学模式实施步骤,尝试解决实践中存在的问题,展望其未来在高校心理健康教育课中发挥更大作用。
The role of mental health education in colleges and universities in the mental health education of college students has received increasing attention and recognition. How to realize the teaching goal of college students’ mental health education class and improve the teaching effect has become the focus of the teachers of the mental health education course in colleges and universities, and also the direction of the future teaching mode change. Based on the current situation of the teaching of mental health education in Nanjing Agricultural University, this paper analyzes the needs of all parties involved in the course and explores the feasibility and typical application of participatory teaching. Through the practical experience of the participatory teaching mode, this paper summarizes the implementation steps in the participatory teaching mode, tries to solve the problems in practice, and looks forward to the future to play a better role in the mental health education class.
