基于专业群建设的会计专业人才培养研究

Research on the cultivation of accounting professionals based on the construction of professional groups

人才培养方案的制订不仅是专业群建设的首要条件,也是当前高职院校会计教育工作者所面临的重要课题。为了充分发挥专业群建设在高职院校会计专业教育优化发展中的作用,分析了会计专业人才的培养目标,构建会计专业课程体系和会计职业资格证书的考评,以培养出更多符合社会需求的应用型、技术型会计人才。

The formulation of talent training program is not only the first condition for the construction of professional groups,but also an important task faced by accounting educators in higher vocational colleges.In order to give full play to the role of professional group construction in the optimization and development of accounting professional education in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the training objectives of accounting professionals,and constructs the evaluation of accounting professional curriculum system and accounting professional qualification certificate.It hopes to cultivate more application-oriented and technical accounting talents in line with social needs.
