一体化视域下创新创业人才培养模式探析

On the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the perspective of integration

论述创新创业教育的内涵以及一体化创新创业人才培养的必要性。提出创新创业人才培养过程中的主要问题表现在人才培养定位不准确、管理体系不健全、课程体系不完善、课程评价体系不健全,进而阐述了创新创业人才培养模式的构建策略,即制订战略性培养计划,改革人才培养机构,建立健全创业人才课程培养体系,完善创新创业实验平台。

This paper discusses the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the necessity of the training of integrated innovation and entrepreneurship talents.It puts forward the main problems in the process of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which are shown in inaccurate orientation of talent training,imperfect management system,imperfect curriculum system,and imperfect curriculum evaluation system,and then expounds the construction strategies of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,that is,making strategic training plan,reforming talent training institutions,establishing and improving the training system of entrepreneurial talents,and improving the training system of entrepreneurial talents new venture experiment platform.
