摘要
分析以人为本的管理方式在高校辅导员工作中的重要性。以人为本的管理方式是高校辅导员的工作需要,可有效解决学校与学生之间的矛盾,促进大学生的个性化发展。提出以人为本的管理方式在高校辅导员工作中的实施策略,如尊重学生的主体地位,注重学生的人性化管理,帮助学生解决实际问题,提高高校辅导员的综合素质。帮助学生解决实际生活中存在的问题,提高辅导员的工作实效性。
This paper analyzes the importance of people-oriented management in the work of college counselors.The content of people-oriented management is the work needs of college counselors.It can effectively solve the contradiction between the school and students,and promote the personalized development of college students.It puts forward the implementation strategy of people-oriented management in the work of college counselors,such as respecting the main position of students,paying attention to the humanized management of students,helping students to solve practical problems and improving the comprehensive quality of college counselors.It hopes to help students to solve the problems in real life and improve the effectiveness of counselors.
