摘要
介绍人工智能和HR的发展概况,阐述成本最小化:对AI和HR的抉择。揭示人工智能发展对HR行业的挑战,如部分人力资源岗位可能被替代,甚至消失,HR的工作主导方向发生改变,对HR的能力要求越来越高。提出应对策略,如提高人员素质和学习技能,打造成高级复合型人才,积累经验,提升专业技能,拥抱和利用AI,做好市场化转型的准备。
This paper introduces the development of AI and HR,and expounds cost minimization:the choice of AI and HR.It reveals the challenge of AI development to HR industry.For example,some HR positions may be replaced or even disappear,the leading direction of HR work has changed,and the ability of HR is required to be higher and higher.It puts forward coping strategies,such as improving personnel quality and learning skills,building into senior compound talents,accumulating experience,improving professional skills,embracing and using AI,and preparing for market-oriented transformation.
