摘要
以保险业人力资源管理的实际工作为切入点展开研讨。在分析人力资源管理对保险业的价值与功能的前提下,剖析了保险业人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了创新保险业人力资源管理理念、优化人力资源管理结构体系等对策,为新时期保险业全面而科学地实施人力资源管理工作提供了参考。
Based on practical work of human resource management in insurance industry,it analyzes problems existing in human resource management in insurance industry on the premise of analyzing value and function of human resource management in insurance industry,and provides countermeasures such as innovating the theory of human resource management in insurance industry,optimizing structure system of human resource management,etc.,so as to comprehensively and scientifically improve insurance industry in the new era and provide a reference for implementation of human resource management.
