华北石炭二叠纪肥煤梯度密度分选产物的黏结特性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国炼焦精煤生产中焦煤和肥煤产量的比例不足以及炼焦煤的煤质有下降趋势,基于炼焦煤的黏结特性与分选密度密切相关,利用梯度密度分选实验对华北某石炭二叠纪肥煤黏结特性与分选密度之间的关系进行研究,以期为肥煤用作炼焦配煤提供数据支撑。结果发现:经减灰后浮煤的镜质组含量比原煤明显富集,导致浮煤的挥发分产率比其原煤增高1.30%,浮煤的黏结指数(G R.I)比原煤高20个单位;该煤黏结性指标均以-1.28 g/cm 3级浮煤的最高,其奥阿膨胀度(b)达243.3%,G R.I值为99.6;软化温度、膨胀温度和固化温度随密度级的变化不明显,但温差(ΔT)越大则表明其黏结性越好,ΔT随分离密度级的增加而降低。黏结指数和b值随浮沉密度级(L)升高基本呈线性降低的趋势,G R.I=144.14-35.14 L,b=1716.6-1152.14 L。 Regarding to the problems such as the insufficient ratio of coking coal and fat coal in Chinese coking clean coal production and the decrease of coking coal quality,based on that the caking properties of coking coal has close relationship with sorting density,utilizing the gradient density sorting experiment,the relationship between caking property and sorting density for fat coal from north China Carboniferous Permian was researched,which can provide data support for coking coal blending of fat coal.The results show that:through the ash reduction,the vitrinite content of floating coal is obviously enriched compared with raw coal,which makes the volatile matter yield of floating coal increase by 1.30%compared with raw coal,the G R.I of floating coal is high than raw coal by 20 units;the highest G R.I of floating coal is-1.28 g/cm 3,the b value can reach 243.3%,the G R.I is 99.6;the change of softening temperature,expansion temperature and curing temperature with density grade is not obvious,but the bigger theΔT is,the better the caking property is,theΔT decreased with the increase of separation density.The caking index and b value show liner reduction trend with the increase of L,G R.I=144.14-35.14 L,b=1716.6-1152.14 L.
