刺法灸法学教学效果分析与课堂模拟教学的探索 被引量:2

Analysis on the Teaching Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Technique and Preliminary Exploration of Classroom Simulated Teaching

摘要 为发现刺法灸法学的提升刺法灸法学的教学质量,教研室在针灸科室进行大学生与临床代教教师两方面的问卷调查。调查结果显示,针灸操作能力方面,大学生的自信程度不足;人文素质能力方面,学生过分自信与实际临床表现产生差距;临床思辨能力方面,前期知识与能力储备与综合运用能力不能满足中医临床需要。为此,教研室在刺法灸法学教学过程中,应用模拟教学方法,提升了学生对理论课内容的理解力,有利于学生树立良好的专业学习思想,在接下来的学习中不断打磨完善自我能力,为临床工作奠定坚实的基础。 In order to find out how to improve the teaching quality of acupuncture and moxibustion technique,a questionnaire survey was conducted between college students and clinical substitute teachers in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion.The survey results showed that in terms of operation ability of acupuncture and moxibustion,the degree of self-confidence of college students is insufficient;in terms of humanistic quality ability,there is a cognitive gap between students’over-confidence and actual clinical level;in terms of clinical speculative ability,the pre-knowledge and comprehensive application ability cannot meet the clinical needs of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,in the teaching process of acupuncture and moxibustion law,simulation teaching method has been applied in the classroom teaching of moxibustion technique,which improved the students’understanding of the theoretical course content and improved their self-ability in the following study,and laid a solid foundation for clinical work.
