健脾清热祛湿法调节湿疹患者免疫功能的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Invigorating Spleen and Clearing Heat for Dispelling Dampness Method in Regulating Immune Function of Patients with Eczema

摘要 通过Meta分析探讨健脾清热祛湿法是否可以调节湿疹患者免疫功能。应用中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库和Pubmed对以中英文全文发表的研究进行检索,对入选研究采用随机效应模型进行Meta分析。纳入6篇研究,试验组231例,对照组226例。对于CD^4+,试验组治疗后高于对照组治疗后、试验组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于CD^8+,试验组治疗后与对照组治疗后、试验组治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于CD^4+/CD^8+,试验组治疗后高于对照组治疗后、试验组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。敏感性分析表明合并的均值相对稳定。Meta分析结果显示健脾清热祛湿法能够调节湿疹患者免疫功能。 Meta-analysis was used to explore the immune function of patients with eczema regulated by invigorating the spleen,clearing heat and dispelling dampness.CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang database and Pubmed were used to search the Chinese and English full-text published research,and the randomized effect model was used for meta-analysis.Six studies were included,231 in the experimental group and 226 in the control group.The CD^4+ in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group and in the experimental group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the CD^8+ and that in the control group after treatment and in the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).The difference of CD^4+/CD^8+ in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group and in the experimental group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sensitivity analysis showed that the combined mean was relatively stable.Meta-analysis showed that invigorating the spleen,clearing heat and dispelling dampness can regulated the immune function of patients with eczema.
