经皮穴电刺激在取卵术中对疼痛干预的作用

Effect of Transdermal Electrical Stimulation on Pain Intervention during Ovulation

目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激在取卵术中对疼痛干预的效果及安全性。方法选择2018年1—6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院生殖中心非全麻取卵患者100例,随机分为实验组与对照组各50例,所有患者术前口服洛索洛芬钠片120 mg。实验组:取卵术前30 min行经皮穴电刺激诱导直至手术结束,对照组:不给予经皮穴电刺激。分别观察2组患者的疼痛值、疼痛程度,取卵手术用时,术前、中、后生命指征(心率、血压),术后不良反应(恶心、呕吐、心悸、腹痛)情况。结果实验组疼痛度更小,两组患者疼痛值、疼痛程度有统计学差异(P<0.05);术中的生命指征(心率、血压)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术前、术后生命指征差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比2组术后不良反应实验组患者恶心呕吐头晕现象均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴电刺激在取卵术中对痛疼的干预效果显著,可减少不良反应,使用方便,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on pain intervention during oocyte retrieval.Methods One hundred patients who underwent non-general anesthesia in the reproductive center of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.All patients received oral loxoprofen sodium tablets 120mg before surgery.In the experimental group,30 minutes before the oviposition,percutaneous electrical stimulation was induced until the end of the operation.In the control group,no percutaneous electrical stimulation was given.The pain value,the degree of pain,the time of oviposition surgery,the indications of preoperative,middle and post life(heart rate,blood pressure),and postoperative adverse reactions(nausea,vomiting,palpitations,abdominal pain)were observed.Results The pain in the experimental group was smaller.There was a statistically significant difference in pain and pain between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in intraoperative indications(heart rate,blood pressure)was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative and postoperative indications(P>0.05).The nausea,vomiting and dizziness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation has a significant effect on the pain in the oviposition surgery,which can reduce adverse reactions and is easy to use.It is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
