雷火灸联合自制消腹水膏穴位贴敷治疗肝硬化腹水50例

Thunder-fire Moxibustion Combined with Self-made Xiaofushui Plaster Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Ascites for 50 Cases

目的观察并评价雷火灸联合自制消腹水膏穴位贴敷对肝性腹水的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的50例未合并自发性腹膜炎的肝硬化腹水患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,对照组对症给予利尿,纠正低蛋白血症及离子紊乱等西医治疗,治疗组除常规西医治疗外同时给予雷火灸联合自制消腹水膏穴位贴敷治疗,每天一次,2组均1个月为一个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组症状和体征的改善对比,治疗组改善更明显。治疗组有效率84%,对照组有效率68%,2组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于未合并自发性腹膜炎的肝性腹水,联合消腹水膏外敷、雷火灸穴位施用能明显提高肝硬化腹水患者的疗效,可显著提高患者的生存质量,具有副作用小,有效率高的特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with self-made Xiaofushui plaster on hepatic ascites.Methods 50 patients with cirrhosis ascites without spontaneous peritonitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=25)and control group(n=25).In the treatment group,besides routine western medicine treatment,thunder fire moxibustion combined with self-made Xiaofu ointment was applied to the acupoints in the treatment group,once a day,one month as a course of treatment in both groups.Results The improvement of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was more significantly than that in the control group.The effective rate was 84%in the treatment group and 68%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For hepatic ascites without spontaneous peritonitis,the combination of self-made Xiaofushui plaster and thunderfire moxibustion can obviously improve the curative effect and the quality of life of patients with ascites due to liver cirrhosis,and have little side effects,and the results show that there is no significant difference in the quality of life between the patients and the patients without spontaneous peritonitis.The characteristics are of high efficiency.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
