雷火灸联合中医特色护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Thunder-fire Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨雷火灸联合中医特色护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中医临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在大连市中医医院外科骨B病房就诊的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均采取雷火灸进行治疗,对照组40例,采取常规治疗;试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用中医特色护理。比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为87.5%试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者采取雷火灸联合中医特色护理其临床效果显著,可以提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from January 2018 to January 2019 were treated with thunder-fire moxibustion,with the control group of 40 cases and the experimental group of 40 cases.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group and 87.5% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
