针灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的分析针灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效,为临床治疗工作提供相应参考。方法通过计算机检索2013—2018年中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、PubMe等数据库中发表的有关针灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床随机对照试验,并参考RCT质量评价修改后的Jadad量表评价标准,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,并使用Revman 5.3进行分析,评价针灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。结果本次研究共纳入文献11篇,通过异质性分析,选择其中的7篇文献作Meta分析。分析结果显示,针灸治疗方法与康复训练等方法的临床疗效存在显著统计学差异。结论针灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效明显优于盆底肌锻炼等治疗方法,但鉴于纳入研究的文献的Jadad评分不高,仍然需要进一步的研究,纳入高质量文献作验证。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMe from 2013 to 2018 were searched by computer,choose a randomized controlled trial of acupuncture and moxibustion for female stress urinary incontinence.Referring to the modified Jadad scale of RCT quality evaluation,the quality of the included literature was evaluated,and the clinical effect of acupuncture on female stress urinary incontinence was evaluated by Revman 5.3.Results A total of 11 articles were included in the study,and 7 articles were selected for Meta analysis through heterogeneity analysis.The results showed that there were significant statistical differences between acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training.Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence is obviously better than that of pelvic floor muscle exercise,but in view of the low Jadad score in the literature included in the study,further research is still needed to be included in high quality literature for verification.
