摘要
本文探究了一种带翅片柱形散热器的热水进出口位置、质量流量对换热量的影响。结果表明,随着热水质量流量的增加,散热器换热量增加并趋于稳定。当散热器进出口布置为异侧时,上进下出比下进上出换热量稍高。当散热器进出口布置为同侧时,上进下出与下进上出换热量相同。在进行换热器设计时,建议采用上进下出的热水流动形式。
This article numerically the effect of flow direction and mass of water flow on a panel radiator with fins.The result shown that as the mass of the water flow was increased,the heat transfer was enhanced gradually,and finally became steadily.When the inlet and outlet of the hot water were put onto different sides of the radiator,the heat dissipation of the heater with the flow direction from up to down is strongly than that in the verse case.When the inlet and outlet of the hot water were put onto the same sides,the amount of heat transfer of these two kinds of heaters were nearly the same.Accordingly,when designing a radiator,the flow direction,i.e.,inlet from upside and outlet from downside is recommended.
