Based on Qingdao Sheraton Hotel project air conditioning system,this paper introduces the hotel podium typical room air distribution design,analyses the characteristics of the pool area air conditioning system,and briefly describes the primary pump variable flow system,the primary return air system,water chillers,cold water pump operational control method.The practical operation indicates that the air conditioning system division is reasonable,and the control method can adapt to the building load changes.
