摘要
为研究变频空气源热泵机组的结霜特性及除霜优化,搭建了制冷剂为R410A变频空气源热泵系统实验台。在模拟室内外环境条件下进行了机组结霜特性实验研究,测试了室外环境温度、室外环境相对湿度、进水水温对机组结霜的影响。并对通过改变压缩机除霜过程中压缩机运行频率及膨胀阀开度,测试了变频空气源热泵在不同压缩机运行频率及不同膨胀阀开度下机组除霜时间、机组能量损耗、化霜前后机7组出水水温温差的变化差异并分析出变频空气源热泵除霜的最佳除霜频率及开度。
To study the frost formation characteristics and defrost optimization on variable-speed air source heat pump,a variable-speed air source heat pump system experiment table was set up. The experimental study of formation characteristics was conducted under simulated indoor and outdoor environments. The effect of outdoor environment temperature, air relative humility, inlet water temperature on the frost formation characteristics were investigated. Under changing the frequency of compressor and Electronic Expansion Valve opening, the difference of defrost time, energy consumption and the outlet water temperature varies during the defrosting process was investigated. The optimal frequency of compressor and Electronic Expansion Valve Opening was analyzed.
