用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术对局部进展期结肠癌患者进行治疗的效果观察

Laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in patients with locally advanced colon cancer

目的:观察用腹腔镜结直肠根治术对局部进展期结肠癌患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取彭州市中西医结合医院在2016年10月至2018年10月期间收治的108例局部进展期结肠癌患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组。采用常规的开腹手术对对照组患者进行治疗,采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者手术相关的指标、术后并发症的发生情况及术后的生存质量。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术中的出血量较少、术毕至排气的时间、术毕至进食的时间均较短,术后其并发症的总发生率较低,其情感职能、生理功能、躯体功能及社会功能的评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术对局部进展期结肠癌患者进行治疗可减少其术中的出血量,加快其术后胃肠功能恢复的速度,提高其术后的生存质量。

objective:to observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical colorectal resection on patients with locally advanced colon cancer.Methods:108 patients with locally advanced colon cancer admitted to pengzhou hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional laparotomy,and patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.After the treatment,the indexes related to surgery,postoperative complications and postoperative quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter postoperative time to exhaust and feeding,lower overall incidence of postoperative complications,and higher scores of emotional function,physiological function,physical function and social function,P<0.05.Conclusion:laparoscopic radical resection of locally advanced colon cancer can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of postoperative life.
