高技术产业创新效率对中国区域经济增长的影响——基于省际面板数据的双重门槛分析 被引量:3

The Impact of Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Industry on China′s Regional Economic Growth:Double Threshold Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

摘要 基于2009-2017年中国省际面板数据,对中国高技术产业的创新效率进行了测算,并通过构建门槛效应模型,将创新水平设为门槛变量,检验了高技术产业创新效率对区域经济增长的影响.结果发现:1)中国高技术产业创新效率总体上处于中等偏上水平.其中,东部地区创新效率最高,中部次之,西部最低.2)不同创新水平会导致高技术产业创新效率对区域经济增长表现出门槛效应,即高技术产业创新效率对区域经济增长的影响呈现先下降后上升的双门槛U型结构.3)高技术产业创新效率对经济增长的影响区域差异很大,"高创新水平"地区大多处于东部地区,高技术产业创新效率可显著促进区域经济增长;"中创新水平"地区大多处于东中部地区,高技术产业创新效率对区域经济增长并没有显著的促进作用;绝大部分西部地区处于"低创新水平",高技术产业创新效率对区域经济增长存在负影响. Based on the inter-provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2017,the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry is measured,and threshold effect model is constructed.Innovation level is set as threshold variable,and the impact of high-tech industry innovation efficiency on regional economic growth is tested.The results show that:1)China′s high-tech industry innovation efficiency is generally above average.Among them,the eastern region has the highest innovation efficiency,followed by the central region and the western region.2)Different levels of innovation will lead to high-tech industry innovation efficiency showing threshold effect on regional economic growth,that is,the impact of high-tech industry innovation efficiency on regional economic growth presents double-threshold U-shaped structure that first declines and then rises.3)The impact of high-tech industry innovation efficiency on economic growth varies widely.Most of the regions at high innovation levels are located in the eastern region,and the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries can significantly promote regional economic growth.Regions at intermediate innovation levels are mostly in the east.In the central region,the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries has not significantly promoted regional economic growth.Most of the western regions are at low innovation levels,and the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries has negative impact on regional economic growth.
