摘要
运用Review Manage5.3软件综合评价瑜伽锻炼对心理健康的影响,为改善心理健康水平提供措施.检索CNKI、维普、万方数据库2000-2018年发表的文章,共纳入27篇进行Meta分析.结果显示,瑜伽锻炼对抑郁影响的文献异质性较大,合并后的总效果量SMD=-0.84,95%CI为[-0.93,-0.75];瑜伽锻炼对焦虑影响的文献异质性较高,合并后的总效果量SMD=-0.86,95%CI为[-0.95,-0.77].通过敏感性分析和漏斗检验表明Meta结果稳定、可靠.瑜伽锻炼能增进人们的心理健康,可作为一种非医疗的干预措施.
The Review Manage5.3 software was used to evaluate the influence of yoga exercise on mental health,and to provide measures to improve the level of mental health.A total of 27 articles published from 2000 to 2018 had been searched for CNKI,weipu and Wanfang databases,which were included for meta analysis.Results showed that the effects of yoga exercise on depression were more heterogeneous,and the combined total effect of SMD=0.84,95%CI was[0.93,0.75].The literature heterogeneity of yoga exercise on anxiety was high,and the combined total effect SMD=0.86,95%CI was[0.95,0.77].Sensitivity analysis and funnel test showed that the results of Meta were stable and reliable.Conclusion is that yoga exercise can improve people′s mental health and can be used as a non-medical intervention.
