摘要
目的研究济南地区自然人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况及其免疫分型。方法对2557例于山东电力中心医院体检的健康人群进行Hp及其免疫分型检测,比较不同性别、年龄受检者的Hp感染情况及免疫分型。结果济南地区自然人群Hp总感染率为57.4%,男、女Hp总感染率分别为56.4%和59.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Hp感染率最高为50~<60岁组(61.1%),其中HpⅠ型为35.8%,HpⅡ型为61.0%;<30岁组Hp感染率最低(48.1%),其中HpⅠ型为30.5%,HpⅡ型为47.1%。40~<50、50~<60岁组Hp总感染率和HpⅡ型感染率与<30岁组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫分型检测显示,UreA-30000(30000为相对分子质量,其他抗体类同)抗体阳性率最高(97.8%),VacA-91000抗体阳性率最低(44.2%)。结论济南地区自然人群Hp感染率高,以HpⅡ型为主,不同年龄、性别人群的Hp感染率不同;临床应将Hp感染作为防治重点,进行必要的治疗和跟踪监测。
Objective To investigate the infection situtation and immunophenotype of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)of natural population in Jinan area.Methods Hp and its immunophenotype were detected in 2557 healthy people who had physical examination in Shandong Electric Power Center Hospital.Compared the Hp infection situation and immunophenotype in subjects of different genders and ages.Results The total infection rate of Hp was 57.4%in the natural population of Jinan area,and the total Hp infection rates of male and female were 56.4%and 59.6%respectively,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).The highest Hp infection rate was in the 50-<60 years old group(61.1%),in which the HpⅠwas 35.8%and the HpⅡwas 61.0%;the<30 years old group was the lowest(48.1%),in which the HpⅠwas 30.5%,HpⅡwas 47.1%.The total Hp infection rate and Hp II infection rate in the 40-<50,50-<60 years old group were significantly different from the<30 years old group(P<0.05).The immunophenotype test showed that the positive rate of UreA-30000(30000 was the relative molecular mass,applicable to other antibodies)antibody was the highest(97.8%),the positive rate of VacA-91000 antibody was the lowest(44.2%).Conclusion Hp infection rate is high in natural population of Jinan area,and HpⅡis the main type.Hp infection rates are different in different age and sex populations.Hp infection should be taken as the focus of prevention and treatment,and necessary treatment and follow-up monitoring should be carried out.
