营养干预联合情绪管理在晚期肺癌化疗过程中的应用研究

Application of nutrition intervention combined with emotion management during chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer

目的探讨营养干预联合情绪管理在晚期肺癌患者化疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取82例晚期肺癌患者,所有患者在化疗的基础上接受营养干预联合情绪管理。治疗后,评价患者的治疗效果,并比较患者治疗前后的营养状况指标、免疫功能指标和心理状态评分。结果治疗后,82例晚期肺癌患者中完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)58例,疾病稳定(SD)16例,疾病进展(PD)8例,总有效率为70.73%。治疗后,82例晚期肺癌患者的血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PAB)水平和体重指数(BMI)均较治疗前有所降低,但差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后,82例晚期肺癌患者的免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM水平均明显高于治疗前,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于治疗前(P﹤0.01)。结论营养干预联合情绪管理应用于肺癌化疗患者,可有效提高治疗效果、改善患者营养状态、提高机体免疫功能、缓解患者心理压力,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nutrition intervention combined with emotion management during chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer patients.Method Eighty-two patients with advanced lung cancer who received chemotherapy were included in the analysis.All patients were given nutrition intervention combined with emotion management on the basis of chemotherapy.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of patients with advanced lung cancer was evaluated,besides,the nutritional status indicators,immune function indicators and psychological status score before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result After treatment,there were no complete response(CR)observed,while 58 cases of partial response(PR),16 cases of stable disease(SD)and 8 cases of progressive disease(PD)were identified among the 82 patients with advanced lung cancer,adding up to an overall response rate of 70.73%.The serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB)levels and body mass index(BMI)were decreased numerically but insignificantly in all the 82 patients with advanced lung cancer after treatment(P>0.05).Notably,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgA,and IgM were elevated after treatment with statistically evident increase observed(P<0.01).Besides,after treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of all patients with advanced lung cancer were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there were significant differences noted(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nutrition intervention combined with emotion management during the chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the nutritional status,immune function,and may relieve the psychological pressure for these patients,demonstrating its of clinical value.
